Dream Show We Like Metaphors

Dream Show is a visually stunning, surreal exploration of obsession, ambition, and the price of fame. At the heart of this strange and haunting narrative is Nichole, a young woman with a singular dream: to become a star. Her parents, though financially supportive of her pursuit, secretly believe she is selfish and naïve. To them, her dream is a fleeting fantasy—something destined to fade into disappointment.

But Nichole’s obsession with stardom is relentless. As her desire grows, it begins to consume her, warping her relationships and her sense of reality. The more she chases the elusive spotlight, the further she slips into a dream-like state, where truth and delusion blur together. As Nicole’s pursuit spirals into madness, she finds herself caught between a world of fleeting fame and a tragic, inevitable downfall.

Nichole's parents go down a psychological rabbit hole, where they confront their own repressed desires, fears, and regrets. The more they dig into their own psyches, the more they uncover a series of uncomfortable truths about their complicity in Nichole’s destruction. What begins as an attempt at healing becomes a spiraling descent into madness, mirroring Nichole's own journey.

Dream Show isn’t just a movie—it’s an experience. The film’s striking visual style, paired with its creative and unique dialogue, pulls the audience into an unsettling journey through Nichole’s psyche. The narrative is fragmented, strange, and full of unexpected metaphors, challenging the viewer to unravel the deeper meanings behind the distorted reality on screen.

Prepare for a thought-provoking, surreal ride that explores the thin line between ambition and obsession, the toxic pull of fame, and the complex psychology that shapes family dynamics. Dream Show: We Like Metaphors is a haunting tale that will leave you questioning the true cost of dreaming big—and what happens when those dreams fall apart.
